A few years ago, I captured this beautiful momma with her first little one. Recently, I had the honor of doing it again for her beloved Baby #2! Our south Florida, in-home newborn session with Ella and her loving family was nothing short of magical.
Ella’s mom, looking radiant as ever, welcomed me into their beautiful Florida home and greeted me with a familiar smile. We reminisced on our session a few years prior, when we captured her son’s newborn photos. Now, that little baby had become a busy toddler, excited about his new sister and new title of “big brother”.
It’s moments like these that remind me why I love in home newborn sessions – building connections and witnessing families grow.
Walking into Ella’s nursery felt like stepping into a cozy oasis. Delicate touches adorned every corner, from the soft pink accents to the cloud shaped mobile hanging above the crib. The home had beautiful natural light and the entire family felt at ease in their own space. It was the perfect environment for a truly heartwarming session.
Ella, snug as a bug in her swaddles, was a bundle of joy. Her tiny fingers and fluttering eyelashes were just too precious for words. With each snap of the camera, I couldn’t help but marvel at the love and tenderness that filled the room.
The session itself was a breeze, filled with laughter, cuddles, and those special little moments that make family life so beautiful. From playful interactions with her proud big brother to quiet moments of bonding with her parents, every photograph captured the essence of their growing family’s love and joy.
