I love being able to offer multiple locations for my family photo sessions, going from a timeless studio to the sunny outdoors within the very same session. By shooting both indoors and outdoors, I provide families with a full gallery of versatile photos that they will cherish forever.
I recently had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family of seven, capturing them in two settings, two outfits, and in just one efficient session!
Family Session Location One – The Indoor Studio
This family—mom, dad, and their six children—was a joy to photograph. The session with them was such a delightful experience!
We started off in a crisp white studio. This setting created a classic backdrop for the family in their shades of denim and white. I made sure to capture each child individually in this setting because, let’s face it, kids grow up way too fast! Every phase of a kid’s life deserve to be documented because it goes by so quickly.
Family Session Location Two – The Outdoor Setting
After the studio session, we headed to a gorgeous outdoor space surrounded by lush greenery. The change in scenery brought a relaxed, natural vibe to the shoot. I had a blast watching the kids—especially the three little girls in their ballet tutus—dance and twirl among the trees.
Shooting in these two different locations gave us a great variety of photos to choose from. We captured both the classic studio look and the playful, outdoor energy of the family. It was the perfect way to showcase their personalities and the love they share.
All in all, this family session was one for the books. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with such lovely Florida families. I look forward to helping even more create beautiful memories like these!
